The hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the Imperial City. The room was nice and clean, the staff friendly. I could even check in right away when I arrived in the morning from the night bus at no extra costs.

The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful, and approachable! It really felt like home! Location is great, walking distance or cheap ride to everywhere you need to go to, and the bar is just downstairs :p I was also lucky enough to be able to extend a night there with a change of heart, I just loved the city too much!

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the studio and it was lovely and spacious. Aircon worked very well. Bed was nice and soft with good cotton linen. Breakfast was excellent with Vietnamese and international options. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, egg station and much more.

Breakfast had good choices all the same price. Fried dumplings only got 3 not as much of a deal as other options. But includes tea, coffee or juice. Beds super cosy and big. Free bike hire was good. Shower was nice, lockers and free towels also a benefit.
