For the price, it was a great value. The bed was 2 twin beds put together for one large bed. Not much room to walk around in the room. bathroom had hot water during the cold month of January. Good place to stay if you have a day or two before your cruise.

Very clean and convenient whilst in transit before Ha Long boat cruise. Big clean room with classy appointments. Staff were very helpful and responsive, especially organising a transfer from the airport. Good value for money.
