We were staying with a big group. The host was easy to communicate with and the mother of the property lives in back. They went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a nice quite location but still very central. and I feel like the price was well below what they could have asked. The owners left us to ourselves but was pleasant and provided cat food and opened the adjoining gate to the playground to let the kids play safely.

Michalis Anoyia este o proprietate construită din piatră, cu balcoane și patiouri umbrite de pergole din lemn, precum și o zonă de living tradițională, cu șemineu. It met our expectations. A beautifully restored traditional Kathikas village house situated at a prime location in the centre of the village.It was very clean and appointed with all the conveniences. The bed was very comfortable and we found the street very quiet at night which allowed us a very peaceful sleep! Thank you Mihali for a very enjoyable stay at Kathikas!

Loved the villa, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and beyond. Owners were the best we ever encountered. They surprised us throughout the week with surprises and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Never saw anything like it. The people in Cyprus are very friendly and helpful.
