We had an amazing time at Aloni Studios!!! We personally booked this place as it had very good reviews and was a lot cheaper than many other places. However, when it came closer to our stay we started to worry about how we would visit the different towns for dinner in the evenings, as everything was a 10-20 minute drive away. After researching we then also realised that there are not many taxis on the island so started to panic more. But we need not worry, as we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! For a small fee, much cheaper than any other transfer on the island, they were happy to take us anywhere we wanted to go. We really relied on this service, so were very grateful for their hospitality! Nicholas was always on time and opened my door for me every time I got in the car, perfect service. In general, they were also just lovely people. It was my birthday whilst we were there and they bought a cake to my room with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. It was genuinely very sad to say goodbye, as we had grown to know them over the week that we were there. Thank you again to our lovely hosts! Note also, for anyone looking for advice, the local town which is just a 10 minute walk away does have a few nice restaurants, a super market and some lovely bakeries… all the things you need. We just wanted to explore more.

A toaster and coffee machine are also offered. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower and bathrobes in each unit. Bed linen is featured. Such a lovely place and George was the best. He picked us up from the port and the traffic was so bad it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get to the property but it meant we saw alot on our trip down the back roads and he is so informative about the island and it's history so it was worth the delay. Rooms are lovely, very comfy beds, great bathroom, plenty of hot water. Very close to the beach. George also arranged for us to use the pool at the hotel down the road. Had a fabulous breakfast there before we left.
