Located in Matemwe, 600 metres from Muyuni Beach, Chunga Changa provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a bar. We liked everything, the facility is beautiful, excellent view, even better food. Sabrina is very kind, whatever we asked her she managed to get. All the other workers are very kind, an added plus is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, you can buy everything at the accommodation, the menu prices are very affordable. It is very clean and peaceful.

Set in Matemwe and only 60 metres from Matemwe Beach, Boutique Villa Unaweza offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Amazing boutique hotel, loved everything about it: beautifully decorated, nice garden, close to the beach, delicious breakfast and food at the restaurant… all in all, it felt like an oasis in Zanzibar.

Hotel moderno, molto curato e pulito. Lo staff è molto disponibile e professionale, in particolare segnalo Nema che ha sempre soddisfatto egregiamente ogni nostra necessità. La spiaggia è frequentata da pescatori locali e dalle loro barche, quindi non è consigliata la balneazione, ma vicino c'è la bellissima isoletta di Mnemba dove è possibile fare snorkeling e addirittura nuotare con i delfini. Qualità del cibo molto buona, colazione varia ed abbondante.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

Everything new, elegant and comfortable,clean rooms, clean and cool pool, easy acces to the magnificent beach...food was delicious, everything fresh, the stuff and owner very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars experience, highly recommended!

Comprising pool with a view and a garden, Villa Kikadini is a recently renovated accommodation in Jambiani located close to Jambiani Beach. We liked everything! Assante Sana! It was my first time in Africa/Tansania and I was a bit nervous at first how the property will be but the moment we arrived we all felt simply wonderful in this villa, decorated with lots of love. The Pool was the Best of All! We enjoyed our chit chats at sunsets or the first morning plunge before we had coffee at the specialis terrasse. The staff welcomed us with so much kindness! I felt a bit like in Bali, Indonesia where I used to live in a similar house. Make sure you are aware of electricity issues of the country. The extremely nice, friendly and easy to communicate owner Klaudia got all under control :)

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
