Is a hidden gem of a city great location if you are flying from Asturias but a great town to visit with beautiful historic centre and a great arts centre and cultural life. Loads of great bars and restaurants, what's not to like ?(the car park in Plaza de Espana which even by Spanish standards is really really scary)JimSpain

The hotel is in a superb position for exploring Aviles and catching the bus to other cities in the region. My room was at the front of the hotel and was really comfortable, I greatly appreciated being able to have a hot soak in the bath after a long day of walking around. The figure sitting in the chair in reception is very lifelike, lost count of the number of times I said hello to him!

We stayed in the older side of the hotel, with a room overlooking a quiet side street. The furnishings are old-fashioned and lovely, with wood floors. The hotel's public rooms are stunning. There's even a room where you can play cards. Very comfortable and an incredible value for this level of hotel.
