Helpful staff who provided electrical adapters and tips on local restaurants. Breakfast in refectory. Room very clean with modern appliances etc. right by the cathedral with view of same. Does not get any better than this !

Location was perfect. We arrived approx. Midnight, parked in the nearby multistorey and followed the signs. Room was nice and clean, hotel in is perfectly located and breakfast was good. Our daughter particularly liked the waffle iron!

This historic Pilgrims Hotel is located in the heart of Canterbury City Centre, making it a perfect location next to The Marlowe Theatre and a short walk to the Cathedral. The continental breakfast was good and hearty with lots of options. We appreciated staff help with luggage as the hotel has no elevator. The room was spacious and given the weather was warm during our 3-night visit, we were glad to have a fan in our room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
