It is a beautiful old town. Perfect for swimming in the sea and then going for a stroll. We stayed only one day so did not have a chance to visit any attractions. There are loads of places to eat and drink. The only downside is the prices. It was more expensive than we'd thought. Shop around because prices vary a lot.

Unfortunately my bad experience in this hotel and the management gave me bad impression.
We could pay this money in a much better place and city.
We couldn’t go anywhere in Jbeil because No transportation available there.
Also we couldn’t find good restaurants to dine in.
I will not go back there again

A wonderful historic town with everything within walking distance. A lot of very good restaurants and absolutely everyone was friendly and welcoming. Some great beach restaurants on both main beaches, one very rocky and one beautifully sandy.

Very nice city for walking, site seeing, dining, hanging out, etc. Its old souk is one of the most famous in Lebanon, and the atmosphere is comfortable and cozy. Walking and sitting by the sea at the old port is quite a relaxing experience.

Lots oh history & culture, with a cute downtown offering the option to chill in a side cafe or to immerse yourself in the heart of the street with amazing drinks!
Also, the area has many beaches a 5 min way to enjoy the sun & restaurants full of seafood flavours.

Very nice place with amazing sunset!
Very nice place with amazing sunset! We stayed in Beirut for 3 days and in Byblos(Jbeil) for another 3 days. But you don't have to stay that much in Beirut, Byblos is more relaxing. You can visit historical places and also you may have summer holiday. Very great bars and restaurants in center, you will not get bored'
The hotel is currently in the process of renovations. It is also being refurbished. There is a lot of construction work going on from early morning to evening, but I did not really hear it while in my room. Due to this all the place -especially the exterior - looks quite different from the pictures on booking.com that I saw. The new style is very charming. The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. The views on the beach, blue sea and nearby Beirut are stunning. We liked the breakfast and especially the dinner at the SE onsite restaurant.
There are no words so intense to describe the beauty of this hotel and the friendliness of Claire.
It has been a plethoric stay. Room with beautiful views, very comfortable bed. But I insist: the hotel is very beautiful. The glass dome allows a very pleasant interior lighting. At night, if there is a full moon (as it was in my case) the picture is incredible; as if you were inside a palace.
Thanks, Claire. Thanks, Byblos.
The location of the hotel was great, right in front of the sea and 5 minutes from jebil, the staff were helpful and the food was amazing taste and large quantities compared to the price is very good, the rooms are clean and the view is insane ❤️❤️ I paid the same price that I booked with Booking.com
The staff were wonderful, the history of the hotel and restaurant were amazing and visiting the museum of artefacts was so unexpected. This place is rich in history and culture. Knowing that so many world leaders, celebrities and artists have eaten in the restaurant made the experience even richer.
The hotel is located very close to the main road to Beirut, but Jbeil/Byblos is a small city so you can walk your way around. There are several banks close by where you can withdraw USD (I used BLF and Blom Bank), as well as a Western Union where you can exchange money.
This is my second time in this hotel as I loved the location where it is directly to the sea side and all only 5 minutes walking to all attractive places.
The room is wide, and the balcony view is directly to the sea-side, the staff are all amazing and helpful.
wonderful place with great location between jbiel and junia staff was very friendly , helpful specially mr.wassim always he made sure that everything was perfect and the hotel was very clean and affordable , sure next time i visit lebanon i’ll stay there .
The hotel is in the heart of Byblos, 5 minutes walk from Jbeil old market where all the restaurants, cafes and Byblos Citadel.
Amazing atmosphere and very welcoming staff, we felt welcomed from the first minute.
Will be definitely visiting again soon.
Super welcoming staff, especially Ms. Joyce, they were professional and they know how to deal with customers, although with the bad situation of Lebanon they were excellent, one thing was not clear, the breakfast was not included.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located: walking distance to the sand beach (they have a deal with a nice beach club), the citadel and also the souk (=market). The rooms are clean and big enough.
The hotel is the best in jbeil, love the gym love the hotel love the suite and the spa everything is perfect and the room is super super clean and the staff is helpful and welcoming and sweet !!! Would def repeat this stay
The property was immaculate throughout. All furniture and furnishings were top class as we are all the members of staff. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
