The staff and the place itself. I would like to commend Reena from the Reception, she was really accommodating, friendly and I love the way she keeps her smile on her face (such a wonderful person). Likewise, all other staff were approachable. Super kudos to everyone!! Your excellent service was really appreciated and commendable. Btw, compared to all other hotels I have visited, this is the only hotel that really has a gym trainer present to assist. Other hotels were saying that there is an assigned gym trainer but nothing was present. The jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, play area, pool and the gym are amazing. Can't wait to stay again in this hotel. Superb!
