The Vitoria is a true gem. The charming decor shown in photos was everywhere, in the rooms, the stairways, and the hallways. Hotel front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional, pleasant, and helpful. Location was perfect, easy walking to major sights and steps away from the Bellas Artes metro station.
