The hotel is very clean, trendy, and the rooms are lovely but what made our stay extra special is the proactivity and hospitality of the staff. From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

Das Hotel York Luxury Suites Medellin by Preferred erwartet Sie in Medellín. The breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary typical international breakfast. The location was great as it’s not within all the noise and hype but only 7-10 mins taxi away from it (provenza) so you can have peaceful sleeps. The suite was incredible, the view from your room is picture perfect (you will take the same picture every morning!) the small details like automatic curtain control made it feel very luxurious, the bed super comfortable the walk in wardrobe… literally everything about the suite was amazing. I would say this is the best place we have stayed at out of all of our travels. Loved it and WILL 100% return.

Good location in Poblado Medellin next to a lot of good restaurants and shopping malls, good wi-fi but above all I appreciate the friendly staff from breakfast (thank you Liliana for being an artist in preparing our every morning cappuccino and Jey Jey for the best omelets),as well as Marianna and Ana-Maria from the front desk and reception

Das Hotel Portón Medellín begrüßt Sie in dem exklusiven Viertel El Poblado in der Nähe des Geschäftsviertels von Medellin. Sie wohnen in modernen Zimmern mit kostenfreiem WLAN und Kabel-TV. The breakfast buffet was huge, with a big variety. especially loved the smoothies which were not like the watery, sugary “juices” in other hotels. The staff were always friendly and helpful! We slept well, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet enough. Overall really good value money and much recommended.

Located in El Poblado, this hotel is 3 km from Medellin’s Olaya Herrera Airport. It has a terrace as well as self-catering accommodation. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are available. Great place for visiting Medellin! It is situated very well in El Poblado and has stunning views over the whole city! Rooms are exactly as they look on the pictures and they offer great breakfast on the rooftop terrace!

Everything about the hotel is the maximum that you could expect in the price range so we were very impressed. It was exactly what we wanted at exactly the price that we wanted to pay. The restaurant has a wonderful menu with excellent staff. The room is a good size and extremely comfortable. We used the co-working space and that was a good working environment.
