Staff members were very kind. I really appreciate their hospitality. Thanks to them my trip in Berlin was so great.

The property was clean, staff were very friendly, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. There is a bus stop less than 100 feet away and you can walk to the nearest train stations easily.

Apart from the location which was close to all places we wanted to visit , the staff in the reception were all good and kind. they let us check in earlier than mentioned check in time.

Exceptionally friendly staff, especially at reception and breakfast room service...really amazing service!. Rooms were very comfortable with spacious bathrooms. Very clean, and quiet with everything a guest expects for a comfortable stay. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel placed a bottle of champagne in our room before we arrived.
