Where do i even start! We loved everything about this place! The room was very clean and beautiful, spacious and felt like home! The hotel offers you free water, coffee, tea and snacks 24h, and you don’t find that even in 5-stars hotels, which makes me wonder how this hotel and 1-star only, it definitely deserves more!!! The hotel is near the beaches and all of the attractions, you can go everywhere by walking distance! The staff was the nicest people I’ve ever met, the guys in the kitchen were so polite and friendly, they served us everything and held conversations with us! And what to say about the front desk staff! Both of them were amazing! They chatted with us, helped us with everything we needed and made sure that everything was perfect ALL. THE. TIME! A BIG THANK YOU to everyone, for everything you did for us! A special thank you to Frederic, the guy is the coolest person I’ve met, we wish we could have seen him too before leaving! He held our bags, gave us all the advices where to go and where to eat and what to see without even asking him and was full of energy! Benidorm is so pretty and this hotel with its people is even prettier!

Other positive reviews have it correct. Clean, friendly environment with no real language barrier to the staff. Nice view of a tree filled quad/plaza from the balcony. Area felt safe, not least of all due to regular police patrols.

The hotel is in a prime location centered between the beach, bars and restaurants. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Ovidio who was the graveyard shift receptionist that helped book my taxi for the airport and also told me about cool bars and restaurants in the area.

Přivítala nás velice příjemná slečna na recepci. Ta nám s velkou laskavostí pomohla vyřešit všechny naše problémy. Byli jsme nadšeni z jejího přístupu. Výběr jídel na snídani byl rozmanitý, každý z nás si vybral, dokonce tam byla jídla, která jsme neznali a moc nám chutnala. U večeře rovněž dostatečný výběr, manžel s radostí zjistil, že v ceně večeře je i víno. Takže naprostá spokojenost. Umístění hotelu naprosto ideální, protože jsme si chtěli prohlédnout Staré město. Takže všem doporučujeme tento hotel.

Lovely terrace with amazing cocktails and views, good location, comfy beds and friendly staff (even the cleaners). The staff really tries to accommodate your needs and is helpful.
