A good place to rest after a long flight, close to the airport. It's clean and doesn't have any old or moldy smell. The staff is helpful and polite. Our stay was from early morning to the afternoon (in many hotels, late check-out is chargeable), and we paid for one night. Everything was fine. Clean, fresh bedding, comfortable to sleep, and the air conditioner works well.

The stay was comfortable and it meets the expectations. Location is also good. Located in one of Asia’s largest sub-cities in the National Capital Region, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi pays homage, in a befitting tribute, to the warmth of the capital city. I checked in several hours behind schedule, thanks to the incredibly bad customer service of Qatar Airways, who had not only destroyed my suitcase but to add insult to injury, had kept me waiting for over 2 hours to file a damage report. I was obviously not in a good mood. However, the hotel immediately sensed that and upgraded me to their nicest room as a way to ensure that I at least had a comfortable end to a long and stressful day. I cannot underscore just how much I appreciated this simple act of acknowledgment of my mental state and the generous act of kindness in such a situation. The room was obviously very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and full of options to satisfy every palate.
