The Greeting was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was bigger than expected and the concierge helped us with our bag. The decor was very attractive. Classic wood and marble has timeless elegance. Woke up to an amazing breakfast with options for me and vegetarians alike. They made any type of coffee style you would prefer. Service was outstanding, even for a buffet breakfast. The entire staff communicated so well with one another, that was a breath of fresh air. They allowed us check out until 1 p.m., Asante Sana (Thank you very much). We could have used more time there as we booked Club level but had to leave before we could use all the privileges (happy hour from 6 to 8 p.m.), maybe next time? We had lunch in the cafe - excellent. We had an early dinner in the Exchange room - Excellent again. This place is a gem.

Situated in the centre of Nairobi, Hotel Embassy is located 1 km from Kenyatta International Conference Centre and 1.7 km from Nairobi National Museum. The location was right near city market. The staff were friendly, no mosquitos and the breakfast options were good. Room was a decent size and it was walking distance to most places to visit in the city.. plenty of places to eat around the hotel and also a supermarket was just a few meters away.
