The staff members, Khurram, Ashraf and Ishraq where always really helpful. Always helped me with my luggage and asked if i need anything . The room was clean but small. It was overall a really good stay and the care of the staff members made it a bit better. Thank you!

If you like to shop, the mall is right there (3 connected malls) with shopping and lots of restaurants . Felt very secure traveling alone.

Just steps from Mid Valley Megamall which houses a spa and pool, Cititel Mid Valley is a 5-minute walk from Mid Valley Komuter Train Station. Location was great, accessible to a lot of shop. Very convenient Room a bit small.
