Overall the checkin was a very quick and seamless process and the customer service was topnotch. The room is very clean and brand new and the TV has an easy casting method for those who wants to cast Youtube on the TV screen. Great for those with kids. The hotel is located in Newport and is in close proximity to the Resorts World Mall plus a Mcdonalds and a 7/11 shop. Highly recommended stay for a lay-over or a staycation.

Carlo from the swimming pool area was very welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff and the lady at the groundfloor were also exceptional in customer service. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Location is great, walking distance to MOA. Foods were great, too.
