From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt exceptionally welcome. I appreciate when people pay attention to the details in hospitality, and Address Istanbul excels at this. My overall rating is a 10/10, and I want to extend my special thanks to all the employees for their outstanding work. They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Bed was huge and comfortable, and despite the size the ac still kept the entire room cooled. And the staff! All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, and helpful!

GRAND ÜSKÜDAR OTEL se află în Istanbul, la aproximativ 5,7 km de Turnul Fecioarei și la 9,2 km de Palatul Dolmabahçe. foarte amiabili, camera a fost curata si fac curat doar la cerere ca sa nu deranjeze turistii, vb si in engleza. Camera a fost dotata cu de toate eu am ales o pe cea cu bucătărie întrucât aveam bebe mic si nu puteam sa i dau mâncare din comerț. Locul de parcare e gratis. Hotelul e mic dar mai bine pentru ca nu-mi plac cele imense cu multa aglomerație. Au stația de bus peste drum si metroul la fel in caz ca doriți sa folosiți transportul public.Este si mall ul aproape la fel si benzinăria.Camerele sunt exact ca in poze.

Askadar May Otel se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Uskudar din Istanbul, la 1,2 km de Turnul Fecioarei, la 9,4 km de Palatul Dolmabahçe și la 10 km de Turnul cu ceas Dolmabahce. Locație bună,curat,personal amabil! Micul dejun bun servit pe terasă cu vedere forte frumoasă la Bosfor!

Thanks for the comfort that the hotel provided. The rooms are a bit small but the cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Ms Pinar because of whom the rooms were perfectly clean and breakfast was fresh and tasty besides being well decorated, and Mr Fariss who kindly solved all the problems if there were any and made sure that our stay was safe, comfortable and without any misunderstanding
