The best Apartment/Room in Hanoi. We enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. You can definitely go for this place to stay if you want to experience the luxury. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support for your needs. They speak very good English and were very helpful. We stayed at 5 hotels in all over Vietnam and this one is our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere. All the furnitures and appliances were new. We will choose this place again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

Clean and modern rooms, bed very comfy. Pool and gym were good. Location is easy from airport and little bit far from old town which is great if you want to avoid the noise and hassle. I’d choose this hotel again for sure!

Staff was very friendly and helpful Helped us also to get lost item from other hotel in Sapa. They also agreed due to early arrival time to use swimming pool and spa and to switch breakfast from day of early departure to the day of early arrival. Very great!

The utensils and equipment were great. The washing machine was also great. I really liked the greenery on the terrace. The space was really big and comfortable. The bathtub was also really good. I think it's suitable for families as well.

Booked airport drop off and they called the previous day to confirm details and called again on the day when driver arrived.
