Excellent hostel that is really well run, it is like a home away from home. Has some really nice touches like a great free breakfast and free walking tours of the city at 9am every morning. The place is very clean with all the toilets checked and cleaned throughout the day and the gardeners keep the swimming pool area in tip top condition. Good food in the evenings for braai night and pizza night also. The staff are what really make it though, they are all friendly and keen to see that you enjoy your stay. Both Thomas and Loide deserve particular credit for going out of their way and making my stay enjoyable. 100% would stay here again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The urban camp is nicely decorated. I can warmly recommend the beer garden and restaurant. My tent was hot during the day but cooled down during the night, so sleeping was pleasant. There are ear plug provided, which are a very thoughtful addition. Communal bathrooms were clean. The camp even has a "waterhole" that attracts yellow mongoose and birds.

A gorgeously landscaped property conveniently located in Windhoek. The staff were friendly, the rooms very clean, and the restaurant yummy. My kids were the only one playing in the pool (aged 9, 12 and 14) and were asked to be quiet because of a conference. They weren’t being louder than kids playing in a pool. A little frustrating when the construction workers on their cottage not 100 feet away from the pool were grinding concrete and that was LOUD. Other than that small issue, the space has everything and all different types of lodging…..rooms, self-catering cottages, “glamping tents, camping spots and more.

Magic. I'm from London, UK and was DELIGHTED to spend an entire month living here - as a digital nomad - in my safe, cosy, private, glamping tent under the canopied shade of a sprawling camelthorn tree. FREE WiFi, access to a huge swimming pool, FREE breakfast (poolside at Roosters - across the road), wonderful staff (I love you Mercia!), access to an enormous kitchen, laundry facilities in site, private bathroom (no sharing), 5mins walk from a huge supermarket (and other shops, cafés and restaurants), FREE parking and live music across the road at Utopia on the weekends. The absolute bonus for me was daily bootcamp classes at 6:30pm (behind Roosters) and twice-daily yoga classes 15 minutes walk away with Suzi Seha (https://www.suziseha.com/). Bliss. Great value for money at 380NAD per night. My very own secret slice of Namibian paradise!
