Our hostess Valentina was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was lovely and clean with fresh towels provided daily. The communal kitchen was very well stocked with a fantastic view over the amphitheatre.

The location was superb-about a 10 minute walk to everything. The room was very clean, it was the most spacious of accommodations we have had in Italy. Pictures do not do the space justice. The decor, linens, pillows and bed were five star and incredibly comfortable, fresh and new. The owner was very helpful and made the best cappuccino. The breakfast was delicious. Don’t let street view fool you, from the outside it is very basic and unassuming. The inside exceeded every expectation.

Location is great, close to city center, to the wall, there is a resto at the corner, grocery store etc. nearby the B&B. The host was cool, it was easy to communicate with him and he helped us to discover the city.

We booked last minute and the owner was really kind and responsive. The room was nice, quite newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A kettle for tea/coffee and bottled water were a nice gesture. The location is great, close to all the must-see spots, shopping and restaurants while still in a quiet part of town and close to parking.

very nice accommodation in the center of Lucca. beautiful interior. A short walk from all cafes and restaurants. free parking 20:00-08:00 in front of the house. otherwise during the day in front of the walls for €1/hour.

Sparkling, and I do mean spotless cleanliness. Parking was convenient, and the facility is modern and in perfect working order. The host (sorry, forgot her name) was very helpful and friendly. She advised the cantina down the street that we would be going there at a bit of a late hour and we had the most wonderful time and food and wine with the charming proprietors. Definitely a highlight evening.
