The local breakfast food provided was a really nice touch and very good quality. Host was very friendly and helpful. Room had everything needed and it was nice having own entrance etc.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Beautiful apartment, “cabin“ might be the architecturally correct term, but it was certainly more than that: Spacious, with enclosed court/garden area, winter garden; bathtub comfortable for two; living room with stove - it lit immediately well and added a warm and romantic flair. Surprise: the breakfast “invitation“, i. e. eggs, butter, strawberry jam and milk in the fridge, and bread. Thank you so much, Sarah! We slept very well, the bedding is of high quality and the mattress was perfect for us. It was very quiet. For dinner: In 15 minutes walking distance there is a nice pub, the Turfcutters. Friendly people, good dinner. We will certainly come back if we are in the area again.

The open fires in the bar and restaurant offer a dinner setting during winter. With its home-cooked food that uses fresh, local ingredients, guests at The White Buck can have a breakfast in the mornings or a Fuller's beer-battered fish and chips at lunch. Location was idyllic, Dinner and Restaurant was exceptional as was breakfast!

Salisbury Cathedral is 32 km from the inn and Salisbury Train Station is 32 km away. Beautiful clean room with a comfortable clean bed. Loved being above the inn. Meals were large and delicious. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
