Many of the people staying here were travellers on the Camiño and there was a great atmosphere where it was very easy to talk to people. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The kitchen was also very full featured by hostel standards and the cold breakfast which got set out around midnight was perfect for a busy traveller who had to get up early. Olga and Paula were wonderful and especailly with the use of Goggle translate. Bikes were stored safely, laundry done and we could not have had a more comfortbale stay. Thoughtfully planned and beautifull designed. Even the incredible thunderstorm on one night was a story to remember. Sunsets and sunrise just beautiful. We stopped on our Camino Via de Plata and this was a well needed rest stop.

I actually expected only dry toast and cheap jam for breakfast with the price I paid but it was a pleasent surprise: eggs, good choice of sausages, self made jam, cakes, yogurt, fresh walnuts, and the coffee was really excellent. It is a miracle to me how they can keep that good level with such budget prices. Also WiFi in the rooms was fast and stabile. In total there is no better hotel in the whole region for that good price.
