The units at the hostel come with a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. I don't know exactly why but it's one of my favorite hostels I've stayed at. There's a beautiful outdoor kitchen on the terrace with a lovely view. But you also have the option to eat at the cafe/bar/chiringuito of the hostel. I also highly appreciated that I could just check in when I arrived even though it was before official check in time. The people working at the hostel were very welcoming but still authentic and themselves. I loved my time in San Jose 🏜️🇪🇸🌊

I liked everything about this place! I had such a good time even though I spent just one night here. It was exactly what I needed after a long 40km walk along the coast that day from Almeria. If ever I am in Carboneras again I will be Back at BF!

Chiringuito on the beach is perfect. Parking is available onsite and there is a bus stops outside the hotel. Taxis to and from the town are easy to get hold of.
