I had some issues with the tour dates and they were very accommodating. I arrived on 4am ferry and the night reception staff let me in and I could use terrace & nod off on the sofa there. They can arrange bike rental for you with the drop off and pick up of the bike there. It’s very efficient, you can get bike in 5-10minutes. Upstairs terrace which serves as a bar/common area is very nice. Spacious bathrooms, separate male & female with a number of toilets and showers in both.

Good localisation. Nice breakfeast, several options and you choose which one you want. The bedroom is nice and clean, there is a balcony which is lovely. The area in the reception is also very comfortable. There are really nice cats and kittens around. Staff is very nice and helpful. We book our tour and transport to airport with them. We highly recommend
