Located in Jambiani, a few steps from Paje Beach, Jambiani Backpackers Hostel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Excellent place to stay. nice breakfast (they’ve started including breakfast in their stay for free). Dorms and private rooms have great AC (although don’t expect an eskimo room when it’s the middle of summer, the ACs across Zanzibar take a beating then). This is a chilled hostel with a stunning pool area where you can relax and read a book. It is NOT a party hostel, which is exactly what I was looking for. Mohammed (the host/owner) is a really nice guy and goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome and helps with booking activities and rides to anywhere on the island. About 95% of the guests, including myself, extended their stay.

Located in Jambiani, New Teddy's on the Beach features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and free WiFi. The property has a terrace, as well as a bar. New Teddys met my expectations 100%! It's a nice place with local vibes, perfect for a family stay. The food is tasty, the staff is great and friendly. The pool is not crowded, and sunbeds are always available. The airport transfer was smooth. Reasonable price for everything we get.

Located in Paje and within 100 metres of Paje Beach, Villa Upendo Paje features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. I can honestly say, i fell in love with this place as soon as I saw it. The beautiful terrace outside was just calling me to enjoy my morning coffee there. And luckily I was able to, because they have a very well equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine included). Nina and Benja, owners that welcomed us to their Villa, were super nice. Shared so many amazing tips about the island and helped us to organize some trips around the place. Our room was really nice and super clean. I love the local vibe of the place. With hot water in our own bathroom and fast WiFi.

Situated in Paje, a few steps from Paje Beach, Your Zanzibar Place features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The best location, very friendly and helpfull manager Miro. Included breakfast more then enough to start your day. Very good value for money,very profesionalni team. Bathrooms are very clean. The best kitchen in Paje and very good prices( you van eat lunch or dinner for 4 €) Do your self a favor and book here!

A calm, cozy oasis with a relaxing garden, a perfect place for backpackers and solo travelers, conveniently located in the Nungwi Beach district of Nungwi, Green's Nungwi is situated 200 meters from... Very well located. Staff was really nice and everything was comfortable and clean. We absolutely recommend it.

Situated in Zanzibar City, 300 metres from Stone Town Beach, Stone Town House features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and concierge services. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and it has the perfect location. Would highly recommend!

Amazing backpacker vibe, if you're a backpacker this is the place to stay. Super friendly staff, the owner is around, superfood food. Beautiful prime location. Basic and clean facilities.

Aquarium Beach House features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Nungwi. A few steps from Nungwi Beach and 2.5 km from Royal Beach, the property offers a bar and a private beach... The Aquarium Beach House is located directly at on the more relaxed side of Nungwi beach. There are less beach vendors and our vacation to relax and enjoy could be met to 100%. The management and staff of the Aquarium Beach House made us feel like at home away from home. The restaurant / bar belonging to the beach house serves great sea food and rice dishes with local spices. We can highly recommend a stay here.
