Every hotel needs an employee like Mirela. I highly recommend this hotel.

Offering a terrace, Hotel Festival is located in Sarajevo and provides air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi access. The historic Latin Bridge is 700 metres away. This hotel made my trip worthwhile. The staff were always on top of their job, and they are extremely nice and they treat all residents like family almost. Anything one might need help with from road trips to shuttles to help with different locations and taxis, the staff were always willing to help. The hotel was always clean and the shared dining room felt like a home. This hotel is a big recommend!
