You can check in there and stay without even going out of the hotel. Staff, room, facilities, very clean. Lovely location, so quiet near the forest.

At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Spa facilities were superb, the gym was very well equipped with up to date machines. Breakfast was quality food, we had Eggs Benedict, perfect.

The outdoor pools, the atmosphere, and the fact it was very clean and welcoming. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the service was good and efficient.

The Family Hotel Nadejda is located in the Bansko Ski Resort, 1.3 km from the gondola lift. The restaurant serves a traditional local breakfast and the property features sauna and massage facilities. it’s a small and cozy hotel, the room was way better than the pictures, comfort beds, hot water, the room was warm all day and night, the breakfast was good, homemade jams with fruits from their garden, the two man that was there was so so kind, they even gave us a sled to use in the snow. Quiet location, walking distance from lift, shops, etc, in general it was very good our stay. I totally recommend it!

The Veziova House is 150 metres away from the main cable car station and a 5-minute walk from Bansko's Old Town. All rooms have mountain views, a private bathroom and a minibar. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and the temperature inside the room was very optimal, never too hot or too cold. Staff was very kind and helpful with finding us a parking spot.
