Located in Vers L'Eglise, 35 km from Train station Montreux, L'Auberge de L'Ours provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We had a large room (small dormitory) that could accommodate 7 people. Our girls slept upstairs which was nice for everybody. Very nice breakfast with fresh croissants, pains au chocolat, bread and tresses. The owners and personnel at the restaurant were all very nice and welcoming. The B&B was fairly close to les Diablerets but afforded a very quiet environment at night since it's a bit secluded compared to the village. Having a restaurant on site was convenient and the food and cocktails were excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were chatty, engaged. Able to have a late check out because there were no other guests arriving for our room. That was one of the best things because it meant we could ski happily during the morning. Perfect.
