So much thought and detail has gone into the building, interior design and facilities of this exceptional boutique hotel which appears to be brand new. It seems that no expense has been spared on quality and I can safely say it is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We booked a large suite on the 1st floor (lake side) for my husbands birthday occasion which was very spacious. Everything, from the tv's behind mirrors, to our toothbrushes being engraved, to the thoughtful extras they placed in the room for our children was wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was also thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, exception quality and exceptional luxury hotel. Can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a special place to stay :)

Right on Lake Champex, at 1500 metres above sea level, this chalet-style hotel offers free indoor pool and sauna facilities, free WiFi, and a terrace with panoramic views over the lake and the... We had a really nice room with access to great a good wellness center. The hotel is in a beautiful location just in front of the lake. The hotel owner is very kind, makes sure you have everything you need. When we accidentally forgot some stuff in our room after check-out, he went out of his way to bring them to us!

The hotel and the rooms are simple but nice and clean. Toilet and shower are shared, but there were 2 showers and 2 toilets in 3 locations for 4 rooms, plus a sink in the room. The staff / owner was exceptionally helpful, letting us check in well before the official check in time, providing the possibility for a breakfast in the middle of the night, letting us leave our luggage in the morning. Perfect customer-oriented service. Dinner in the restaurant was also great, maybe the best cheese fondue we have ever had, and again, the service was perfect.
