Featuring ski-to-door access and views of mountain, Winklmoos Sonnenalm is a hotel is situated in Reit im Winkl, 200 metres from Gondelbahn Seegatterl. The good: Scenic view, the food, the atmosphere. The food was terrific and a nice chance to eat real Bavarian food. The cows are so friendly, and you have a great scenic view day and night.

Lovely hotel, large with a big restaurant and lovely terrace with stunning views. We had a room at the back of the property with the same stunning views from the balcony, where we sat most evenings. Our suite was wonderful, large with a lovely seating area, lovely bathroom and a comfortable large bed. The kitchenette was adequate but a little small. The breakfast in the morning was very good and was served each morning by the lovely smiling waiter Manu; we sat out on the terrace most mornings and nothing was too much trouble for him, There was fresh meats, cheeses, buns, jams and scrambled, boiled or frieds eggs and bacon, plus a large selection of coffees, lattes etc and fresh fruit juice.
