All the staff were exceptional and they were all so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very dog friendly and the walk along the canal towpath was great. Parking is no problem as it is outdoors, so suitable for larger vehicles. It is very easy to get to from the motorway so great for an overnight stop. We had dinner which was amazing and we really enjoyed the breakfast. You are made to feel so welcome here, almost like you are family.

We traveled with our dog and the staff was very understanding and they took care of us by providing bowls ( for water and food) for our pet in the room as well as at the reception. Attractively set in the Old Town district of Zaragoza, AZ Hotel San Valero is situated 200 metres from El Ebro, 400 metres from Roman Forum and 700 metres from Plaza España Zaragoza. Perfectly located for walking around the center of Zaragoza. Our family room had a view of the Basilica and was comfortable even for four adults. The staff were very helpful and arranged for us to join a free walking tour, and on the morning when we checked out they quickly found a taxi that could take all four of us and our luggage to the train station. Would readily recommend and come back.
