Ibis budget Auxerre Centre provides rooms in Auxerre near Auxerre Art and History Museum and Auxerrexpo Convention Centre. Location was spectacular. Views from our room were amazing. Bathroom was very well appointed. Beds comfortable and all ea s clean and thoughtful. Excellent pricing. Will come back for a longer stay.

Hôtel Les Maréchaux is housed in a 19th-century mansion located in Auxerre, in a tranquil area surrounded by a private garden and a shady park. For a few locations 5 stars raring is not enough, like Hotel Les Marechaux in Auxerre. The beautiful building, the location, the garden are all very nice. But... most remarkable is the atmosphere which is given by the hosts Isabelle and Fabian. Meeting them and you feel immediately welcome. There is no Ibis - or Accor hotel which can come any close to this level. The hotel has many old elements left, so everything remains in style. The rooms are spacious compared to most French hotels. The Wi-Fi is fast. There is enough (free) parking and the breakfast with (local) fruit perfect.

LOGIS HOTEL - Le Relais Saint Vincent is set in a 17th-century building located in Ligny-le-Châtel, 3 km from Pontigny with its abbey. Everything was great. Lovely big room with air-conditioning, very welcome after travelling from the Alps on the motorbike in 30+ degrees. Dinner was delicious.

Great location, very central to the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. Best of all the place was spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are brand new.
