We booked based on the design renderings and the real thing absolutely lived up the the design pictures. We stayed in the executive suite and we’re thrilled with the room, pool and restaurant. The food is superb and the service is natural and genuine. I was very warmly welcomed by the team and they were very attentive. Thank you to Markella for the welcome and advice, the bar/ restaurant staff for the professional service and the chef for his fantastic food. The housekeeping team are all so friendly and prompt. Particular mention for Christina who kindly checked in with me every day, offering great advice and tips on the island. She helped me rent a car and organised a boat trip and my transfers for the airport. Divino Caldera is a very special hotel and I would highly recommend it for a break.

Loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of the ‘busyness’ but it was close enough to walk to the iconic points of interest. There was a rental car company right next to the property which was convenient because we rented one to travel to other areas of Santorini. The property was exactly as it was pictured online, it was very clean, beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Electra was very kind and accommodating. I’ll definitely stay there again!

This Hotel was Great. The staff was wonderful starting even before we arrived, by reaching out and extending certain courtesies to us. They were always available to answer questions. They went above and beyond expectations and ensured everyone felt welcome. The front desk staff were very informative; the pool, bar, and meal staff bent over backwards to ensure your every need was met, they were able to pre-place what you needed before you ask for it, and just ensure you have the best holiday/vacation. Their staff even carried your luggage to your room and from your room upon check out. This was some of the best service we have ever received overall. The service combined with the beautiful view, game room, spa and two pools were just what we needed and well worth the money. They have our HIGHEST Recommendation.

It is probably the best location for a luxurious hotel experience with spectacular views and sunsets in Santorini. And the design and decor are just wonderful. But the true advantage of this hotel is the manager Mr. Manos and his staff which will make a stay exceptionally special and unforgetful. And don‘t miss booking a day cruise on the hotel‘s own Van Dutch 44 which will let you see Santorini from a different perspective. Again, special thanks to Mr. Manos and his great character who made the trip with all our requests so special that we would return just for him to Santorini and Cavo Tagoo.
