With a beautiful, peaceful location and stunning lake views over Lough Ree, this 4-star hotel offers total relaxation, with good food, great wine, spa treatments and luxurious air-conditioned rooms. The property is beautiful, the staff were very helpful and the food was outstanding.

Was a very warm welcoming person and a great choice for front of house. Facilities were great, easily organised things with reception. Good rooms with large mirrors and parking with in view of the room. In the town and yet it doesn't feel that way. Lovely area and would visit again.

In Athlone's lively centre, this 4-star Sheraton Hotel has a 20-metre pool, a luxury spa, free internet and free parking. It is very conveniently located in Athlone and has nice and clean rooms, lovely facilities, comfortable beds and appreciated the water bottles provided by housekeeping. Will definitely revisit at some point

You could tell they source from farmers that are local. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and charming. I got a new sport to get lost into. The room was gorgeous, it felt spacious, the room was clean and the staff kept it in top shape. O never had a want of towels, or anything. They were lovely.
