Set in a 16th-century building, Al Piccolo Borgo Locanda Con Alloggio features a restaurant and free WiFi access. It is located in the medieval town of Castelnuovo Parano. We loved this place. It’s extremely old and looks as if once it was part of the wall that walled the tiny hill town of Castelnuovo Parano. Only a few rooms but we had the one with the arched terrace. It was really quiet so after a long drive it felt very calm and peaceful. We had breakfast on the terrace and you can have lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The staff are great as well. Nothing is a problem. Montecasino is nearby and the sea is only half an hour away. We went to Gaeta which was very interesting.

Located next to the Pontecorvo-Castrocielo exit of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway, Hotel Liolà is 4 km outside Castrocielo. This hotel was a total positive surprise. The location is nothing special, just near the highway, BUT: completely renovated 2 years ago, including garden, hall and our floor (as I understand one floor will be renovated this year or next year) - the whole place looks brand new and neat and modern a fresh. A fantastic feel. Staff is superb. Tiziana at the desk, tireless, smiling and patient, pays so much attention for our comfort, asking us at checkin what type of room we would like (shower or bath? etc). We felt so much attention and caring from her. We improvised this stay as our other hotel was canceled and just stopped exactly at the nearby gas station, to look for a hotel - this is how we ended up here. We had time for a dinner at the restaurant, wonderful kind staff there too, nice food, smile and patience. Can only recommend to stay here, and thanks for everyone at the hotel to give us this surprise and make us feel in total comfort and peace, after a loooong tiring driving day. We will be back, definitely !

We spent two nights in arpino for a wedding of friends and loved the hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the view of the sunset is gorgeous and the location just beautiful.

A wonderful, welcoming gem in the heart of Italy. Beautifully appointed room, comfortable and warm, with balcony views of the Olivella countryside, very relaxing. Staff and service were truly top notch. Tonino and his Team were warm and welcoming, and extremely responsive, helpful and empathic with sorting out some changes to our booking all of our own doing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
