We were given a newly finished apartment, which was absolutely gorgeous, with everything you could need, plus a beautiful view of Lago di Nemi. We arrived very late because of a flight diversion, but our host met us with a big smile at 1am! The cold platter of bread, cheese and cold meats plus the bottle of Puglian Primitivo were so generously prepared. Ian and his lovely wife turned what was a traumatic exhausting day into a relaxing success!

Beautiful building and setting - felt like walking into a film set. Wonderful staff, and set in a beautiful green park with view over Rome, and in the far distance, the Mediterranean. Frascati and the hills are a good place for a base with Rome not too far away.

Great value a little off the beaten path but still in a lively suburb of Rome. Getting into the city can be a bit challenging without a car, but there is a commuter train right down the hill that gets you into Rome in about 45 minutes. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Both the hotel room and the bathroom were larger than expected. The cafe-bar on the main floor is excellent with delicious pastries and friendly staff. The location was perfect, could walk everywhere, excellent restaurant right across the street. The square was great for hanging out and people watching.

This hotel in the Castelli Romani was a real find. It has such a charming, antique look to it, but is very comfortable and modern. The man who checked us in at midnight was very friendly and professional. The room was a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a fantastic deal at 8 euros and had a wide variety of things to choose from. The position of the hotel was great. It was located just outside the historic center of Ariccia and included free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
