Overlooking an extensive park with antique statues, Relais et Châteaux Hotel Villa Franceschi is a 16th-century villa standing on the River Brenta, in Mira Porte. Our stay was exceptional. We went for my 60th birthday and the welcoming and attentive staff made for an excellent experience. The meal was delicious at the hotel restaurant with a really good breakfast the next morning. They upgraded our room, which was very comfortable and had the feeling of grandeur we were looking for. We would definitely go again

Romantik Hotel Villa Margherita overlooks the Brenta River in Mira, a 25-minute bus ride from Venice's historic center. Once a noble residence, this grand villa is surrounded by a large private park. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful especially being able to sit outside.

Family-managed since 1965, the Poppi is outside Mira on the SS309 national road, with efficient public transportation services to Venice. The restaurant serves regional cuisine of Veneto. A great overnight stop before our ferry to Greece. Warm, comfortable room, great shower and a superb breakfast in the morning (very good cappuccino, sweet, savoury and healthy choices)We felt completely recharged.
