I've never had this kind of personal experience / friendliness in any hotels I've visited. The service was amazing. I brought my parents to this trip and they were pleased every morning.. Niccolo greeted us with a big warm smile and guided us to the breakfast room / explanining everything they have. We also loved the coffee but we felt bad because we kept ordering for more. The triple room was big enough to accommodate all of us (3) and everything was spotless clean. I would recommend this place to my friends and my sister!

Breakfast was great and the restaurant (Da Bartolomeo) offered some fantastic dinner options - make sure to book in advance during weekends as it's quite popular in the area. The staff were lovely and extremely friendly, and Angelica offered us a warm welcome and gave us lots of recommendations on what to visit and where to eat authentic Tuscan food.

We only intended to stay for 5 nights, but immediately extended our stay as we were so taken with the beauty and charm of this wonderful property. Allessandra and Gian Marco were perfect hosts, warm and funny and so welcoming to our family. They gave us wonderful tips on the area as well as insights into local culture and food. The breakfast was exceptionally good and our children looked forward to the different pastries each morning. We were lucky to experience two perfect Tuscan dinners prepared by Allesandra, paired with local wines recommended by Gian Marco. Incredible!! The pool was a welcome relief from the intense summer heat and Gian Marco was so gracious in keeping it lovely and clean and topping up the water after our kids had splashed about so much (sorry!!) I feel like I can’t say enough wonderful things about Borgo Solamore. You must experience it for yourself!

Amazing accomodation with marvellous view on Montepulciano. Room was clean, comfortable and spacy. All personnel was extremely polite, professional and helpful - we were very nicely surprised.
