The owner was super kind and helpful. We had traveled to Bialka Tatrzanska by bus, and because the hotel was about 15 mins walk away from the ski resort, she even offered to drive us on multiple days to the ski resort, free-of-charge, which was so very very kind of her. There is a shared fridge right outside the room for your stuff, shared kitchen & dining room downstairs, and a balcony outside the room. She was also attentive to all our other needs, which made our stay all the more pleasant.

I had a great time staying at this apartment hotel during my winter vacation in Białka Tatrzańska. The hotel was nice and had an elevator, which was convenient for carrying my luggage and ski equipment. The location was close to the ski lift, so I could easily access the slopes and enjoy the snow. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. I also liked the jacuzzi and sauna, which were a nice addition to relax after a long day of skiing.

We went skiing in Poland for the first time.The chosen guesthouse was Sarenka.We met a very nice family, welcoming people.Very nice guesthouse,tastefully decorated,with a 4 star breakfast.The rooms were very clean,carpeted and warm. I recommend with confidence.Very good ski slopes for all levels in Bialka Tatrzanska Thanks for everything.🤗

Big and and lovely room with big spaces. Perfect breakfast, with many options.

That was a great stay. The place is much closer to slopes than other hotels (not negligible with all the gear on the shoulder). The room is quite spacious for mountain resort standards. The breakfast was varied and tasty.

nice hotel, close to the kaniowka ski lifts (5 minute walk) and a 10 minute walk to the skibus that will take u to kotelnica ski resort. the hotel has basic rooms, breakfast is good, there's a ping pong table, billiard table, a gym, foosball table and a bar which is a big plus but everything closes at 10pm. The kaniowka ski lift is small, has 2 or 3 lifts, and one of them is very kids friendly.

The breakfast was good. The Jacuzzi was good for spa. There was a lot of parking space. The sauna facilities were good. The height of the pillow was adequate.

We liked everything, the environment, the location, the accommodation. The room was comfortable with the clean bathroom, balcony with a great view. Also a wonderful playroom for children at the same upstairs. The included breakfast was varied with local produce, very fresh and tasty ( a big plus ).

Helpful and flexible staff. We enjoyed the organic whirlpool and the sauna. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Spent a week here and liked it a lot. The hotel is very well located, has nice mountain views and skibus stop is like 100m from the hotel. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. The breakfasts were tasty and the hosts made their best to vary the meals. Breakfast time is 8-10, so one needs to hurry, to hop on the first ski lift at 9. The public kitchenette while being small offers enough appliances. Special thanks for the coffee machine available 24/7. Hotel also offers ski storage with the boot dryer.

Super clean and comfortable Great food and afternoon coffee/cakes The Spa is a perfect place to unwind after a days ski.
