Located in Ervedosa do Douro, 29 km from Douro Museum, Ventozelo Hotel & Quinta provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. A very special place. Ventozelo left us a wonderful feeling of nature and belonging. The hotel is super classy, nicely decorated and with nice well thought details. The breakfast is World class: been to Dubai, New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan (lived here), London and currently live in Seattle, and did not have better than this super tasty breakfast. The infinite swimming pool and corresponding is breathtaking.

We were just driving through so we only stayed one night, but I would love to return for longer. I think it would make a great base to explore the Douro. The room was spacious and simple. Great linens, lovely bath products. The pool is stunning with a view of the valley. Big, well-appointed fitness center. Gorgeous spa (that I didn't have time to use, sadly.) Fantastic restaurant-- we enjoyed dinner and breakfast, and both were quite good.

Everyone was friendly. The place is warm and cosy. The room was clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent. We specifically asked for a room with a balcony and that is what we got.

We found the hotel on a whim for a one night getaway and booked it only an hour and a half before arriving in the evening. The hotel was super responsive, helpful, polite and has everything you needed. The staff was fantastic, food was great, location beautiful and convenient and facilities are great. It’s an excellent price point so we’re giving it a very high rating. The restaurant is fantastic too!

Situated in Armamar and within 15 km of Douro Museum, THE PINTA Boutique Hotel has a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. We had a great stay in the Pinta!
