Staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was by far the best family room we have ever stayed in and the slide down to the lobby and carousel made a brilliant stay even better.

Words can't even begin to describe my satisfaction as I check out of the hotel! I have been traveling for 4 weeks now and stayed in many hotels. While the rooms at this hotel may be on the smaller side, what this hotel lacks in space it beyond makes up for in location, experience, and most of all the absolute amazing staff! The staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating and had me leaving every encounter with them with a smile. It wasn't even one specific staff, but every single person! If you stay here and at any point have concerns. Talk to the staff. I can guarantee they will do everything they can to make your day and your stay that better! Personal recommendation. Order some delivery, and ask the staff to sit out on the back balcony as you eat. It's such a peaceful way to enjoy your meal!

The view is legendary.Breakfast variety is sufficient.Also, since there is YouTube on TV, we were able to watch our own country's channels on TV. If I come to Gothenburg again one day, I will definitely stay here again.

From TWD 2,114 per nightIt looks very nice and romantic. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. It is close to the oldest monastery in Sweden, as well as the Göta Canal. The garden is nicely kept. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. It is all so, as you would expect in a youth hostel - except the down points - look bellow. The girl at the reception was very kind and understanding, she is perfect! So, we felt well, but there is some possibility for improvement!

The location is amazing. We enjoyed several walks by the Göta canal, there is plenty of information about the old buildings and even a small museum nearby. Lovely surroundings, very quiet and clean. The room was nicely furnished, clean and fresh.
