Situated next to the Umeälven River in central Umeå, this hotel is 800 metres from Umeå Central Station. It offers free WiFi, a lobby lounge, as well as free access to a fitness centre and sauna. Breakfast selection was good and the location was great. There's a super market just around the corner. The sauna was wonderful and the beds were super comfy (even the pillows were great)! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Situated in the heart of Umeå, Elite Hotel Mimer faces the Twin Towns Park and the main commercial pedestrian street. Guests have free WiFi along with free access to a sauna and fitness centre. The breakfast was phenomenal! The staff was very accommodating, working with us to offer the best experience possible. They had a sauna that opened at 3pm, but if we wanted to use it a bit earlier, they offered to start it up a bit earlier. The location was perfect, right close to downtown, but also not right in the thick of it. Highly recommend!

Situated in central Umeå, First Hotel Dragonen offers bright rooms with free WiFi, a private bathroom and cable TV. Umeå Central Station is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel staff are exceptional, especially Sarah and Leah at the front desk. Moreover, I had a good 8 hours of sleep because the hotel was so quiet. Breakfast and dinner were part of the booking, so it's a plus. Tye location is good as everything is in a short distance.

Set in a former medical officer’s villa, this central Umeå hotel is 100 metres from the Ume River. Sauna, relaxation area and WiFi access are free, as is a light evening buffet. Staff were wonderful. Everything was explained well on check-in when they found i had an early flight they offered a breakfast take away bag which was there in the morning. Coffee available all day and a meal included for dinner, meant I did not have to go out.
