The location was excellent for getting to the ferry to Dry Tortugas National Park. We walked from the hotel to the ferry. The hotel was clean and interior of the room had been renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked that it is across the street from a residential neighborhood with great old houses.

The staff were all friendly, The Tiki bar especially Mindy her chat and hospitality and local knowledge were fantastic. The general ambience and the free parking. The location in the Old town Free coffee and the best tasting lemonade in Key West in the Foyer

Location was fantastic! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water and boats passing by. We appreciated that we were both right at the hub of Key West, and that Pier House felt cozy and separate from the hubbub. The resort was gorgeous--the landscaping was lush and beautiful. We loved having private beach access, beach loungers, the warm pool, the fitness center, the hot tub. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated all the dresser drawers and counter space for our belongings. We had a delicious breakfast at One Duval. We liked the live music. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They were so courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Nice localisation. The only hotel I stayed in US that was not using disposable plates/cups/cutlery for breakfest! ;) Fridget in the room, free paring slots, nice swimming pool.

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, great pool area and well located. Duval Street just a 10 minute walk and about 20 minutes to Mallory square. The Southernmost point, grocery stores, cafes and bars within a 5 minute walk. The taco truck was also excellent.

On duval Street bur the rooms are set back away from the street so still very quiet.

Amazing historic location in the middle of the old town. Super tranquil environment with lots of orchids, flowers, palm trees in the garden. 4 nice pools and very beautifully restored rooms and cottages. Also good breakfast provided every morning and amazing hosts either great tips for trips, i.e. the sunset sailing boat cruise! Thanks to the great team at Simonton for making our stay so great.

Douglas House is just steps from all the great shops on Duval Street. Despite being so close to all the action, it was very quiet and tranquil. Douglas House has a zen-like courtyard with a swimming pool and lovely landscaping. My apartment was spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchenette. There was a designated parking lot for guests at no extra charge just a short distance away. The reception staff were professional and courteous especially Matt. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Key West.

Comfy beds, excellent bathroom/showers, beautiful property with pools and views, friendly staff.

Everything was great accept one of the waitress that did not do her job right but everything got resolved at the end. The stay was good and the activities they had with the jet ski was a blast.
