This is an amazing small location, if you like it quite it is the right place to stay. We booked 10 days in the Royal Cottage, and we really enjoyed it. 4 cottages only in this place, all facing the nice pool. All cottages with aircon, fridge, big bathroom, comfortable bed, wooden floors, cottage in Balinese style, made with love to detail.Ketut the owner is a great guy, very friendly, offers nice trips and tells you everything about the island you ask him. Potu (hope the writing is correct) takes care for everything, Cleans the rooms perfectly, when you come back to your room it is just perfect. Potu or if he has a day off his colleagues prepare your breakfast as well. And here I read it could be more, it could be better. When I booked I thought ok, if this is not sufficiant, I will have a second breakfast on the beach, but I never did. Pancakes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, french toast was always good and enough. And if you think more choice would be nice.... think about the price you pay. I give 10 points because there was nothing in the room I missed, because the host and staff were very friendly, If you compare what you pay and what you get - I can give only a 10. We loved it

After 5 weeks of travelling around Bali THIS PLACE WAS (Honestly) THE BEST! Beautiful room, smart TV - netflix, YouTube…, mini fridge, AC perfectly working, good Wifi, staff was amazing and really helpful. You Could refill you water bottle any time you wanted in the lobby which I think is a big plus. Pool was big and clean. Great area, 3 minute walk from the beach. Umbrellas by your door, hair dryer, super comfy bed. They also have a beautiful restaurant with live music everyday. 10/10

Once I arrived I did not want to leave and rather enjoy every minute the magnificent views of the sea and the shapes of the Bali vulcano from the room, the terasse, the pool. It s just pure relaxation. We stayed two nights and I did not move any further than from the room to the pool and back which may be two footsteps.

They arranged a taxi from our hotel in kuta, and boat from Sanur to Lembongan which was very helpful! The boat drops you off at mushroom bay, and then a shuttle service takes you to the dream beach huts. Check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean! The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was great! They had a mix of local food, as well as more "American" food - like burgers and stuff. The pool was nice, although it was quite windy when we were there, so we only swam for a bit. The beach was nice and sandy. Some people were playing in the ocean, but the waves were REALLY BIG so definitely be careful!! We didn't rent a scooter when we were there, but they have them available if you want. There's also a little convenience store next to the hotel, where you can buy water, snacks, sunscreen, beer, ect... The views are amazing, everyone was super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend staying here! :)

The property is at a very good location right at the beach. Agus was extremely sweet and helpful. He helped make our stay extremely comfortable and even helped us with our snorkeling tour. We spent one night here and I must say that everything was excellent. As for the room, it was excellent and really comfortable. I would definitely recommend waterfront to others on a trip to Bali.

Super nice staff! Got help booking snorkeling trip and transfer to mainland really easy though the reception. Very nice pool area and the restaurant was superb! Try the Rendang main course and the breakfast waffles, best we ever had!
