Very nice hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is there (parking, bathrobes, ice cubes in the room...). Staff was super friendly, location is top and there are even free scooters on site.

Beautiful spot right on the water where cruise ships come in. Our room was upgraded due to a booking error snd front desk staff solved the problem decisively. Our room was beautiful, with two balconies overlooking the ocean great for sunsets. Restaurant was awesome, pool was great,, only steps to all the action of Key West but quiet and secluded feeling at the resort. This has to be the best accommodations in Key West based on my experience! Highly recommended

Service was really good / staff was friendly and supportive. We had the option to rent a golf cart to get to downtown- definitely recommendable (shuttle bus is also working perfectly fine). The pool area was great as well. The rooms are huge and clean.

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.
