I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.

The Saint Hubertus in Cervinia offers beautiful views of the Alps and the Matterhorn. Free parking and free transfers to ski lifts and the village centre are available. Very kind staff who will do everything for you Beautiful premises and cosy fireplace in the room Gorgeous spa and best massage ever!

I was about to cancel this booking due to some comments here, however the hotel was a nice surprise. We liked almost everything about it. Stayed at the 5 start part of the property which feels brand news. The staff was polite and helpful at all times, housekeeping twice a day. You can buy ski pass and rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and there are free shuttles to the ski areas (available at all times till about 5 o’clock, no waiting). Spa area is also very nice (one complimentary visit provided; swimming pool is freely accessible). Did not have any issues at all with the WiFi.
