It has a tour desk and free Wi-Fi, which is available in all areas. The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained with amazing and very well kept gardens. The pool was amazing. The location of the hotel is awesome under a huge limestone cliff!! All the staff, from the reception to the gardeners, are excellent, very helpful and always with a sweet smile!!! Especially one of the three girls working at the reception (Fareeda) is a great professional and adorable person!!! She helped us (me and my husband) with all the issues that may were intended during the 47 days we stayed at the hotel...and it was not a few!! Fareeda thank you so much for everything!!!

They have private balconies and offer massage services, a restaurant and a variety of outdoor activities. The owners of the place are just gold, already a good reason to go. They upgraded me to the big bungalow for free without asking anything, were very helpful for planning my tour on the lake and the transports, and I felt that their happiness was contagious. The food is very good, and they serve fresh fruits from their garden. There are also cats, dogs, horses and other kind of animals always around which help creating a very relaxing atmosphere. I regret that I stayed only for one night.
