The room was clean, comfortable, and in a good location, within walking distance to the main attractive location, the shopping mall. We asked for early check-in, but the room was unavailable the team came to pick up our luggage and send it to our room.

Very convenient for travel - KLIA Express form airport directly to hotel and all other connecting rail lines. Modern well appointed hotel. Good breakfast. Our fourth stay.

Starting to show some signs of wear, particularly to the public/dining areas. On our first night we had to pack up and move rooms at 1am due to a gas leak developing in our original room. This was quite stressful and we might have expected some form of compensation but none was offered.

The location is within the golden triangle and everything is within walking distance. It’s spacious, complete with basic amenities.

Bear in mind this facility is managed by individuals (Airbnb). There was no clear communication/instruction. The night I arrived (around 11 pm), I had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the lobby, before someone came and led me to the apartment, despite I told them my movement ahead of time. On checking out, I communicated the check out time the night before, as I had early train. The instruction was given to me on that night, to come down to the lobby and someone would be waiting for me there. He would be handing over the deposit once I give them the key card; however, in the morning (when I was already followed the instruction), the person changed the instruction. There was no one waited for me in the lobby as promised. Instead, the person asked me to leave the key card in the apartment. The person wanted to delay returning the deposit. But I insisted for him to return the deposit right at that time or else I won’t be returning the key. If you can stand the way they manage the place, you can go ahead to book the place.

A weird smell that was inside the apartment when we woke up. I thought that it will have separated bedrooms but we all had to stay together in one room.
