Positive section of review
I arrived just before midnight at hotel Metropolitan and a long day of planes, trains and automobiles and was totally surprised by this hotel. It has a fantastic mid century interiors scheme and was the best place l stayed during my work trip to Poland. the only problem was that i was only there for one night and wanted to stay longer!!!

1 Located in 10 minutes from the railway station and in 20 from the old town 2 Bed and a sofa were comfortable. 3 Bed linen and towels were clean 4 There were mini shampoos and soap in the bathroom for everyone 5 There is a coffee machine with 4 capsules

1 Reception is located far from the apartment, there are no clear instructions on how to find it. and a completely invisible sign on the doors. We had to go around the compound several times to find it. 2 Apartments turned out to be not the ones we booked, but we didn’t have the strength to go back to the reception after searching for it, to sort out the problem. 3 There is dishwasher and a washing machine, but there are no capsules for their use. This is not convenient when people come for just a few days. 4 A very meager set of kitchen utensils. there were only 2 forks, regardless we booked for 3 guests. 5 There was no sunflower oil, no salt, only a couple of packets of sugar, tea and coffee. That's inconvenient for people who stays for couple of days. This should be provided.

Very nice hotel, with fantastic location at the foot of the tatra national park. Breakfast starts at 7,30, so not so great for an early start, but really great food! Parking is up the bumpy street under the birch trees.

The location was great. Friendly staffs with easy instructions to get into your lovely colourful apartment.

The remote control had low battery. The main door bottom had a big gap so light with come through. The curtains didn’t close all the way so light will come through. Shower door didn’t close all the way so little water goes out the shower.
